Agamographs provide a fun unique way of viewing art. My students are fascinated and get so excited with this art idea. This Music themed art resource is also ideal for substitute/relief teachers needing a supporting activity for music. This resource is a hands-on Music themed activity that combines two separate images into one are piece, which the viewer can then see – from different angles - each picture independently. This activity involves coloring-in, cutting, gluing and folding. You will require; coloring-in materials (pencils, felts, etc), scissors, glue-sticks. This resource has 8 Music themed images (xylophone, drum, maracas, piano, trumpet, an eighth music note, piano player, and guitar player), paired into 6 combinations, to put together and create the agamograph. Here is a fun, engaging STEM activity that employs the 21st Century learning skills of Cooperation and Creativity. Students are tasked with designing and creating a marble maze. They are required to map out a marble maze in their design plan and then create their design out of card and matchsticks. This resource can be stratified for different age groups and capabilities.
